Here you can enjoy Wagyu beef steaks with a view of a beautiful garden. The couple behind the restaurant is Mr. and Mrs. Kimura. They took over the restaurant this summer from their father, who used to run a meat kappo restaurant where customers could enjoy meat course meals. Their famous steak stacked with rice is made from Japanese black beef from Saga, Shimane, Oita, and other regions. The process of grilling and resting the meat is repeated two or three times to ensure that the meat is cooked to a medium-rare, flavor-packed texture.
You can choose the amount of meat you want from 80g to a generous 200g, and you can also enjoy the meat to the fullest with a meat sucking and beef stew included.
