[BRULEE KYOTO] owner Tetsuya Tamura is taking on a new challenge at a ramen restaurant. I teamed up with a friend who is a ramen chef to develop soupless noodles that pack a punch but aren't spicy.
A special sauce made from a blend of pork bone soup and three types of soy sauce, dried sardines oil, and extra-thick noodles from [Menya Soto] are combined with green onions, fried onions, seasoned eggs, chashu, bean sprouts, garlic, backfat, watercress, Topped with lemon. As you can see, it's quite voluminous and even a normal portion will fill you up.
What's more, it comes with rice so you can enjoy the soup till the end, which is a great deal for ramen lovers. We also recommend the watercress salad as a side dish.
