The owner, Mr. Oishi, handmade everything in the bowl, including the shiratama, which is kneaded and boiled after an order is placed, the sweet bean paste, and the syrup. In addition to the basic set of shiratama, bean paste, and tapioca, you can add one of six other types of sweets, including green tea jelly, soybean flour, and rich chocolate pudding. The overall sweetness is moderate, and no wheat, eggs, or dairy products are used. Everyone from small children to the elderly can enjoy these sweets without worrying about allergies.
