[Oyaji camp meal performance vol.8] Solo camp boys making gyoza

A camping project undertaken by LeafMix candidate and outdoor beginner Ryota Ueno!

This is my first solo camping trip!

Making dumplings from scratch in a solo camping trip is something of a luxury.
Like the drama, I made delicious dumplings without sauce!

[Dumpling recipe]
material
Dumpling skin
Minced pork
One-eighth cabbage
1/2 bunch of chives
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
Cooking wine
Salt
pepper
Sesame oil
Dark Soy Sauce
(1) Finely chop vegetables and place in a bowl.
(2) Put ground meat and seasonings in the bowl in (1) and mix well.
(3) Wrap the seeds made in (2) above in dumpling skins. (It works well if you wet the skin a little when you wrap it with the skin.)
(4) Add more oil than usual and put the wrapped dumplings in the pan and cover.
(5) When browned, it is done!

Location: Kutsuwa Pond Nature Park Campground (Gonokuchi, Ujitawara-cho, Tsuduki-gun, Kyoto)

There are cottages, fishing in the pond, and other facilities.
Both washrooms and toilets are relatively clean.
The supermarket is only a 10-minute drive away, so you don't have to worry if you forget to buy something.
