The magazine "Design no hitashi 44" (Design no hitashi 44) became a topic of conversation as a "blunt instrument" and "book toso" because of the thick supplement inserted in the magazine. The backstage of the editing process, which is usually unseen, will be exhibited at the Horikawa Shinbunka Building from December 17 (Fri.) to January 16 (Sun.), 2022, including materials on paperboard and cardboard used in the making of the feature article "Paperboard, Cardboard, and Their Cool Uses," and experiments with printing processes.
On the first floor of the same venue, Hikidashi related items will be on sale, and a talk event is scheduled for January 9, 2022 (Sunday). Come and see and touch the actual paper, and enjoy the many "goodies" from the Design Expo editorial department.
