One of the largest Indian cultural events in the Kansai region will be held at Umekoji Park (Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto) on October 29 (Sat.) and 30 (Sun.), 2022.
About 50 booths and kitchen cars offering Indian food culture and sundries will be gathered to provide authentic tasting curry, samosas, tandoori chicken, and other Indian delicacies. There will also be Indian-related workshops for parents and children, and performances of Indian dance and music by internationally acclaimed classical dancer Somali Achalji and others.
For two days, India and Kyoto, two cities, will communicate and exchange their charms with each other. Come and experience Indian culture while feeling the autumn breeze in Kyoto.
