This year's Winter Special, the 13th, features 180 popular restaurants from various genres including Kyoto cuisine, Italian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, and sweets. The event includes a stamp rally in which visitors can win meal coupons by drawing lots if they visit three of the restaurants participating in the "Special Open House of Undisclosed Cultural Properties" of the "Kyoto Winter Tour" winter tourism campaign, and special menus using Kyoto ingredients such as Kyoto meat, Kyoto Spanish mackerel and gibier.
