Until January 22 (Sun.), 2023, the collection of the Museum Ludwig, which has collected various masterpieces such as Picasso and Warhol, will be gathered at the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto.
The Ludwig Museum has been at the mercy of the times and has collected art works mainly through donations from the public. This exhibition introduces approximately 150 outstanding works of art, including valuable works of Pop Art and Russian avant-garde, and masterpieces of German modern art, with a focus on the collectors who were involved in the donation.
