Star Shokudo, a long-established Western-style restaurant in Kyoto established in 1925 and celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, opened [Kyoto Western-style Star Shokudo Karasuma Branch]. This is the first new restaurant to open in 66 years. The editorial staff went there at lunch time.
