Mt. Nikomiya

One of the signature dishes is motsu-nikomi. The uniquely flavorful taste of carefully selected local beef motsu stewed in miso-based broth that has been added since the restaurant's opening is irresistible. The choice of small (600 yen) or large (800 yen) is also a delight.

Mt. Nikomiya

One of the specialties is the "motsu-nikomi," a stew of more than five kinds of hormones simmered in a light seasoning typical of Kyoto. The fresh ingredients are thoroughly pre-processed so there is no odor at all, and the delicious flavor spreads slowly as you bite into it, making it a perfect accompaniment to a cup of sake.
