A long-established yuba restaurant founded in 1920 (Taisho 9) opens its first restaurant. At lunchtime, they offer a set meal where you can compare different types of yuba. This restaurant is well known for its seafood dishes that take advantage of the skills of the owner, who has been in the business for more than 40 years. The standard menu includes a chasoba set, each chasoba served with a choice of either mackerel sushi or pressed sushi with hamo (Japanese conger eel).
