It was in 2019 that the owner, Mr. Maeda, set up his own restaurant, a dream since elementary school. In order to have his staff become independent like himself someday, he has improved the skills of his staff at his second restaurant and added fish dishes as well as vegetables. He believes that the happiness of the staff will improve the quality of customer service and lead to customer satisfaction, and he named the restaurant [en] with the meaning of connecting people with each other.

The creative dishes are served in antique Imari and Hisaya vessels, and the containers for the seasonings are also carefully selected, with exciting tricks scattered throughout. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of Japanese sake to match the dishes, making it a place where one can enjoy drinking in a casual atmosphere.
