洋菓子の発想を米菓に取り入れ、2025年に誕生した新ブランド［トーキョー煎餅］の常設店が、2025年10月18日（土）に［大丸京都店］（京都府京都市下京区）のB1Fにオープンした。
看板商品は、国産の米を使い薄さ3ミリに焼き上げた煎餅にクリームを挟んだ「煎餅サンド」。パリッと軽やかな口当たりとクリームのなめらかな口溶けが大人のティータイムを華やかに彩る。そのほか、個性豊かな3種の味わいが楽しめるひと口サイズのあられを詰め合わせたボックスなども登場。懐かしくも新しい手土産として注目を集める話題の商品を手に取ってみて。
