The owner, Natsuyo Miyauchi, visited his former bakery, La Moisson, as a customer and fell in love with the deliciousness of the baguettes at first sight. I told him directly that I wanted to work here and ended up getting involved in making bread. [La Moisson] opened a store after it closed. The lineup includes items carried over from the previous store, as well as items with added arrangements, so it's an evolved version. For example, cheese bagels are basically made the same way, but the amount of cheese is increased to make them more filling, creating a satisfying dish.

Starting from the front, there's a cheese bagel topped with plenty of mixed cheese and camembert cheese for 250 yen. Cinnamon rolls for 230 yen that perfectly match the slightly scented butter and elegant sweetness of cinnamon. The owner, Masato Nakano, who spent many years working at a bakery in Kyoto City, opened his own shop in Muko City and bakes healthy bread made with rice malt every day. The rice we use is powdered rice malt from Hishiroku, a long-established seed koji shop in Higashiyama. By adding it to the dough, the aroma of wheat is brought out and the fluffy and soft texture is maintained for a long time.
