The second bakery [&hinami] of the popular bakery [hinami] opened right in front of Kinbayashi Garage. Here, wheat grown in-house in the owner's hometown of Awaji Island is milled on-site to create a wide variety of breads. Burgers and sandwiches are cooked to order, and you can choose from several types of bread. Enjoy the deliciousness of freshly baked food.

This bakery is conveniently located about a 1-minute walk from JR Nijo Station. With the aim of ``bread that you can eat with peace of mind,'' they use carefully selected ingredients such as Hokkaido wheat and domestic butter, and offer bread made with additive-free dough. You can also take out freshly baked bread and drinks from the bay window in front of the store from 9 a.m., before the store opens.

The most popular curry bread is 260 yen per piece. The sweet curry is filled with large pieces of meat and is very filling.
This bakery was opened by a married couple who have both honed their skills as bakers. The face-to-face showcase of the small store, which is about 10 tsubo (10 tsubo) in area, displays 40 to 50 types of bread made mainly from domestic wheat. Although there is often a long line, the store's bright atmosphere is part of its appeal, and is designed to make customers feel as relaxed as possible.
