[Ingredients (for 2 people)]
・Mom tofu/200g
*Cut the tofu into small dice.

・Green onion/20g
・Chive/10g
・Water/100cc

・Potato starch/4 tablespoons
・Egg/1 tablespoon

・Soy sauce/1 teaspoon
