こちらの川床の自慢は、こだわりの自家製麺。納涼にぴったりなざるそばは九一の割合で打ち、冷水でキュっと締めたのど越しが魅力。特に暑い夏におすすめしたいのは、福井県産のそば粉を貴船の名水で打った冷たいおそば。
