Kyokaen] is located in front of Randen Sannouchi Station. The restaurant was opened in 2020 by Chef Wu and owner Sun, who have over 6 years of experience in Kyoto restaurants. The lineup includes mainly home-style dishes from Northeastern China, as well as Chinese dishes familiar to the Japanese, such as sweet-and-sour pork and chinja-olo sauce. All dishes are priced at less than 1,500 yen, and the restaurant is crowded every day with international students and local residents living in the neighborhood.
