Since its establishment in 1869, the restaurant has conveyed the traditional taste of beef as the first beef specialty restaurant in Kyoto. We offer the best selection of Wagyu beef, including brand-name Kyoto beef raised on our own ranch on the Tamba Wachi plateau, rich in nature, and A5-ranked black Wagyu beef, in the most delicious way.

A wide variety of choices are available, including sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, the famous oil grill served with homemade grated yolk, and steak.
