Bakery Miki has been a bread manufacturer and wholesaler in Yamashina for many years. The number of fans grew as the company opened a number of stores at handmade craft fairs and other events, leading to the opening of the actual store in 2019. The 50 varieties of bread lined up in the store range from hard breads that will make bread lovers swoon, to prepared breads made with Japanese ingredients, and sweet breads such as cream buns. Many of them are seasonal, so just looking at them is an exciting experience.
