Singapore is a multi-ethnic country with many ethnic groups, including Malays, Chinese, Indians, etc. The cuisine is also a mixture of elements from various countries, and a food culture with a unique depth of flavor has taken root. Jia Wei Singapore, a longtime favorite dining spot in Singapore, has now arrived in Japan for the first time.
This style of serving is based on the spirit of Chinese food culture, which places importance on sharing food and having a good time around the table. The chef is Akihiro Yangchuan, who has studied for more than 30 years at top hotels and Chinese restaurants in Japan, including the Westin Miyako Hotel Kyoto and Hotel Okura Kyoto, and has won numerous awards.
This is the second restaurant to open in the world. The restaurant offers original cuisine that can only be enjoyed here, combining Singaporean-style Chinese cuisine with Japanese ingredients.
Seafood Beef Noodle wrapped in palm tree leaves is the chef's signature dish, a combination of three soups, including a white broth made with Kyoto duck, and multiple seafood broths such as sea bream, scallops, shrimp, and octopus. While the novelty of tasting beef noodle in a broth is a novelty, it also has a familiar flavor like chicken shiranyu, which naturally makes one's chopsticks go up and down despite the exotic nature of the dish.
Seafood Beef Noodle Wrapped in Opah Leaf 2,400 yen for 2 to 3 persons, 4,600 yen for 5 to 6 persons. The flavor of various ingredients is concentrated in this dish.

The crispy fried prawns, the main dish of choice, are so large and plump that you hesitate to bite into them, and the crispy batter makes them irresistible. The spiciness of the lime leaf gives the dish a fresh feel different from the chili sauce you are accustomed to, but the lemon oil gives it a refreshing finish that will appeal to all tastes.
