A café/restaurant where you can eat a variety of vegetables, mainly organically grown. The menu features plenty of "healthy vegetables" grown with an eye to the soil environment and fertilizers. All dishes can be taken out, and a vegan menu is also available.
One-plate lunch for eating vegetables 1180 yen
Hibariya, which gained popularity as a take-out specialty restaurant in Tokyo, will relaunch in Kyoto in March 2021. The menu includes Gapao rice, soy milk rice with tanzan, Thai-style green curry, etc. The rice is made with brown rice from contract farmers in Yamagata. All dishes start at 1180 yen for the brown rice lunch plate set. The main menu item, Gapao rice, is stir-fried chicken and onions with basil and oyster sauce, and the key to its flavor is picchine, a hot Thai chili pepper!
