2023 Light-up / Yanggok-ji Temple

Yanggok-ji Temple was founded in 806 (Daido-gen) in the early Heian period (794-1185) by priest Enchin, the founder of Kiyomizu-dera Temple.
During the lighting-up period, the Kamishoin will be open to the public and limited red seals will be conferred. Visitors can also view the "Hana-Tezui" (flower water with hands), which has become a hot topic on SNS and in magazines, and an exhibition of temple treasures representing the present world and the next world that have been handed down from generation to generation.
