Tenka Ippin, one of Kyoto's representative ramen stores originating from Kita-Shirakawa, will sell a limited edition of "super rich" ramen that goes beyond "rich" as a special project to mark the 50th anniversary of the shop's founding.
The soup is made by simmering onions in a slow broth over many prototypes to bring out the full flavor of the onions. The soup will be available from February 1 (Tue.) to 28 (Mon.) at all Tenka Ippin stores nationwide, excluding the main Tenka Ippin store, and is limited to the first five servings per day.
