The interior image of the new restaurant, which pays homage to Chairman Kimura's origins in commemoration of the 50th anniversary, is that of a modern-style food cart. A full open kitchen extends beyond the noren curtain, and freshly made ramen is served at the counter seats. In addition to three types of ramen with rich, light, and yatai flavors, the restaurant also offers a wide variety of side dishes such as chicken on the bone and motsu nabe (a hot pot of fish and vegetables), which are perfect as accompaniments to drinks.
