祇園に本店を構えるきな粉スイーツ専門店［吉祥菓寮祇園本店］（京都府京都市東山区）から、3年ぶりにサツマイモを使った秋限定パフェが登場！2025年9月13日（土）〜10月17日（金）の期間提供される「秋香るお芋と林檎のパフェ」は、紫芋や焼き芋、リンゴ、紅茶など秋の味覚を贅沢に重ね合わせた13層仕立て。香ばしいきな粉を好きなだけ掛けながら、味わいの変化を楽しめる一品だ。

週末は行列ができるほど香ばしいきな粉スイーツで人気を集める［吉祥菓寮］。この秋仲間入りする「秋香るお芋と林檎のパフェ」は、3年ぶりの復活！グラスの中には、紅茶のゼリーや青リンゴのソース、紫芋のティラミス、焼き芋、リンゴのグラニテなど、秋らしい素材を贅沢に重ね合わせた13層が広がる。さらにトップには紫芋パウダーをあしらい、見た目にも秋を感じさせる華やかさだ。
