This Christmas special course begins with three colorful appetizers, followed by a truffle-scented mushroom potage, and for the main course, a plate of grilled Japanese beef sirloin and sea bream poivre, all dressed for the holy night. Desserts will also be decorated in Christmas style. During this period, the hotel will also hold a winter illumination event, in which the area around the hotel will be decorated with approximately 25,000 light bulbs.
