2026年4月3日（金）、［大丸京都店］（京都府京都市下京区）に東京発のスイーツブランド［ピュアココ トーキョー］がオープンする。ブランド名でもある「ピュアココ」は、チーズ風味のサクサクのシュー生地にチョコレートをまとわせた一品。軽やかな口当たりと、風味豊かなチョコレートの組み合わせが魅力だ。さらに、シャンパンやワインとも合う「ピュアココ オリーブ」や、2種類のフリーズドライフルーツにホワイトチョコレートを染み込ませた「ショコラフルーツ」、ブラウニーとクッキーの両方の口当たりが楽しめるハイブリッドスイーツ「ブルッキー」など、多彩なスイーツが揃う。気になる商品を店頭で手に取ってみて。
