「京ばあむが」アフタヌーンティーを開始！『季節の移ろいを五感で味わうアフタヌーンティー』が12月16日（火）よりスタート／atelier京ばあむ

2025年12月16日（火）より、［atelier京ばあむ］（京都府京都市南区）の3F「京ばあむCafe」で『季節の移ろいを五感で味わうアフタヌーンティー』が週2日限定で提供される。テーマは「優しさ、ぬくもり、発見、余韻」。厨房スタッフや京ばあむLab.のパティシエによる自家製仕上げで、できたての温かいメニューを味わえる特別なティータイムだ。提供される3種の“アレンジばあむ”は、施設内で焼き上げたバームクーヘンのおいしさをさらに引き出す構成。目の前でキャラメリゼするプレーンばあむクレームブリュレ風や、抹茶づくしの京ばあむ、温かいチョコレートソースをかけて楽しむショコラばあむなど、五感で味わう演出が魅力。

他にも蓮根とチキンのミニグラタン、エビのカクテル、生ハムポテトロールなどのセイボリーや、スコーン、ジェラート、そして［森半］の抹茶を用いたお点前体験まで揃い、満足度の高いアフタヌーンティーとなっている。季節ごとに表情を変える限定メニューで、冬のひとときを楽しんでみて。
