京都・五条に注目の新施設［SOAN（ソアン）］がオープン！

2025年11月30日（日）、ディスティネーションストア［SOAN］（京都府京都市下京区）がオープンした。全国各地の土地や風土に根差した食材や工芸品などを扱い、飲食（FOOD）、商品の販売（TOOLS）、学びの時間（LEARNING）、旅の提案（JOURNEY）を通して、“美味しさ”と“暮らしの豊かさ”を発見し、共有する場を目指している。

SOAN ライスパレット

取り扱う品は、京都で森を育てる職人が手掛けた漆器や、長野の里山から届くお米など、地域の暮らしを感じられるものばかり。店内カフェでは、こだわりのお米で作ったライスバーの上に森・里・海の食材を盛り合わせたオリジナルメニューのライスパレットを提供しており、季節の食材とともに、その土地が持つ文化や背景を味わうことができる。また、ワークショップや旅のプラン提案など、ものづくりや地域とのつながりを実感できる体験も今後展開される予定だ。日常に寄り添い、暮らしを丁寧に楽しみたい人にとって、［SOAN］はきっと新たな発着地となるはず。京都で、手に取って、味わい、そして感じてみて。
