2025年8月21日（木）に、北海道発の生仕立てドーナッツ専門店［MILK DO dore iku？］の京都1号店が烏丸五条にオープンする。北海道の小麦や牛乳を使用し、しっとりなめらかな生地に仕上げた生ドーナッツは手で持つと崩れそうなほどやわらかく、口の中に入れるとシュワッと消えるような口当たりが特徴。札幌の本店では連日行列ができるほど人気を集めているそう。烏丸五条店ではミックスシュガーや純生ホイップなどレギュラーメニュー10種に加え、北海道産のまろやかな生クリームに国産抹茶の深みを重ねた店舗限定商品「濃厚抹茶グレーズ」が登場予定。新感覚の生ドーナッツを味わってみて。
