［貴船 ふじや］は天保年間から歴史を刻む料理旅館。苔むす岩が印象的な川床では、ダシが香る自家製ポン酢で味わう鯉のうす造りや、鮎の石焼など川魚生け簀料理が味わえる。川床期間中は献立が週替わりのため、訪れる度に新しい味と出合えるのも嬉しい。
