Asu, which is inspired by a gearwheel, was created by Chefs Yusuke Matsushita and Yukiyo Takagi, who were selected as judges to create their own interpretation of "tomorrow," the theme of the world competition for the best chocolates. The dessert is a décor in which chocolate is used as the main ingredient. The raspberry sauce is made with unrefined cacao butter from Costa Rica, allowing the aroma of cacao to be enjoyed directly.
