A rare variety of Oita Prefecture's original strawberry, "Berrits," is the star of this afternoon tea. The bright red color of the strawberries is accentuated by the three-tiered white checkered stacked dish. When the bottom layer is opened, a pure white tiramisu with about five Berrits hidden inside appears. The set's "Strawberry Zenzai" is cooked with white bean paste, inviting a feeling of relief and joy during the cold season.
