Fukuchiyama's Popular Taco Specialty Restaurant [Taco.scratch Kyoto Branch] Opens in Shimizu Gojo

福知山に本店を構える［Taco.scratch］が清水五条に2号店をオープン。かつては京都最大の遊郭地帯だった五条楽園の名残から、店内には遊郭の女性がタコスを食べているイラストが描かれている。イートインスペースは1Fと2Fにあり、どちらもオールスタンディングの立ち飲みスタイル。
ほのかな甘みを感じるコーン100％のトルティーヤに、肉はもちろん、ベジタブルやチリコンカンをはじめとしたの野菜ベースのものや海老などの海鮮までさまざまな具材がのったタコスが勢揃い。牛肉、豚肉、鶏肉の3種類のタコスがセットになった3tacos setは、注文に迷ったときにおすすめしたい定番のセット。甘い生地にたっぷり盛り付けられたピリ辛の具材とパクチーがアクセントになる一品だ。
