こんにちは！先日ランチで訪れたイタリアンビストロ［Bistro Soruto］をご紹介します。

1.ランチも食べられる今出川のイタリアン

地下鉄「今出川駅」から徒歩約5分、新町通りに向かって進むと、店名が書かれた壁が目に入ります。お店の前には、ボロネーゼや営業時間などが記載された黒板が置かれており、メニューが気になります。
店内に入ると、カウンター席がすぐ近くにあり、その奥にテーブル席が広がっています。カウンター席が6席、テーブル席が16席とこじんまりとした落ち着いた空間です。店内には様々な種類のお酒が並べられ、赤い壁には「明太子と九条ネギのアヒージョ」や「和牛イチボの炭火焼」など、おいしそうなディナーメニューが記載されています。

2.自分好みにできるボロネーゼ

ランチメニューのボロネーゼはオリジナル、イカ墨、スパイシー、トリュフの4種類あり、サイズは並（1000円）と大（1200円）から選べ、パスタはスパゲッティーニとタリアテッレから選べるのが嬉しいポイントです。
さらに、温泉卵などのトッピングを加えることもできます。

また、この日限定の「燻製牡蠣と春菊のオイルパスタ（1400円）」もありました。
私はオリジナルボロネーゼ（スパゲッティーニ）と、お野菜のスープ（200円）を選びました。ミニサラダやフォカッチャなどのサイドメニューもあり、次回はこちらも試してみたいと思います。

お野菜のスープにはターメリックと生姜が効いていて、食欲を引き立てる香りが広がり、とてもおいしかったです。
続いて、オリジナルボロネーゼ。赤ワインでじっくり煮込まれたソースと、和牛すね肉がたっぷりと入っており、深い味わいでした。パスタは生麺でモチモチしており、最後までおいしくいただけました。

メニューにはお肉料理やお魚のカルパッチョもあり、次回はディナータイムにも訪れてみたいと思います。近くにお立ち寄りの際は、ぜひ［Bistro Soruto］をチェックしてみてください！
