Okazaki's ever-evolving art spot [Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art]

1933（昭和8）年に昭和天皇即位の大礼を記念し、「大礼記念京都美術館」として開館。明治以降の京都を中心とする近現代の日本画・洋画・彫刻・工芸など約4400点を所蔵している。前田健二郎が設計した本館は、日本で現存する公立美術館のなかでもっとも歴史ある建築物。
