2021年秋、京都駅エリアにオープンした[貝だし麺 きた田]。白の暖簾を掲げた玄関、割烹のようなカウンター、店内はまるで和食店のような落ち着いた雰囲気で、女性ひとりでも入りやすいラーメン店だ。
味玉入り貝だし麺1200円。アサリの旨みが味わいのベースとなり、ハマグリとホタテの上質な風味がスープに奥行きをもたらす
