The dazzling mornings suit the area, with its greenery and Sosui canal. This bakery-cafe is open from morning in Okazaki. Owner-chef Rikiya Sano bakes breads and campagnes, which are good ingredients for his original menu, while staying open throughout the day, "I wanted to create a space like a salon in New York or a bar in Italy.

About 15 kinds of freshly baked breads are available, including the most popular An Butter (220 yen), which sandwiches homemade red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans and gently flavored Daisen butter produced in Tottori.

The morning and brunch menu features a healthy lineup of fruit sandwiches, homemade granola, and Cobb salad. Pistachio croissants and cinnamon rolls lined up by the window are also available for eat-in. Reservations can be made for terrace seating, and dogs are welcome.
