As the name suggests, the restaurant is crowded with people enjoying conversation over delicious food.

Chiacchiere is tucked away in a residential area, and although the frontage is not wide, once the door is opened, an open space leads to the back of the building.

The owner Mr. Tsujikawa's parents' house was renovated, and the elegant tsuboniwa garden, which was carefully preserved before the renovation, can be seen inside the restaurant.

L-shaped counter seats surround the kitchen, and table seats are located in the back to enjoy your meal with a view of the tsuboniwa garden.

The interior is stylishly decorated with an Italian worldview sprinkled throughout, but the atmosphere is somehow comforting, like a diner where locals can casually gather, which is also part of its charm.

Tsujikawa, the owner of the restaurant, started his career as a chef in Kobe, then moved to Florence and Singapore, where he gained experience over a period of three years.

Among the menu items on the restaurant's blackboard, this time we selected a lunchtime-only course.
This is a very satisfying lunch course that includes a choice of pasta, five kinds of appetizers, a dolce, and an after-dinner drink.

When the aroma of cooking wafted out into the restaurant, which further whetted our appetite, we were first presented with five kinds of appetizers.

A variety of elaborate dishes such as white beans and seasonal vegetables are gathered in one plate.
The flavor of each ingredient is maximized to bring out the best of its power, and the taste is unintentionally delicious!
The brightly colored plates with an Italian world view complemented the main dishes and were a great appetizer for both the stomach and the mind.

Among the three types of dolce on the dolce menu, this day was the torta caprese, a traditional Italian chocolate cake, served with espresso.
The rich chocolate flavor and the deep bitterness of espresso are a definite match!
We enjoyed the dolce, which was a perfect ending to the meal.
