2025年7月15日（火）、創業300余年の歴史を誇る和菓子の老舗［笹屋伊織」が手掛ける和カフェ［SASAYAIORI+ 草津店］が［エイスクエア］（滋賀県草津市）内にオープンする。［SASAYAIORI+］は、京都でも人気観光地を中心に数店舗展開しており、老舗の和菓子をカジュアルに楽しめる空間として人気を集めている。今回オープンする草津店では、代表銘菓のどら焼（毎月20日〜22日の3日間限定販売）をはじめ、草津店限定のとろける抹茶プリン、パフェやかき氷など、素材へのこだわりや美味しさを最大限に追求したメニューを提供。買い物や駅利用の合間に立ち寄りやすい立地も魅力だ。滋賀県には初進出となる話題のカフェで、老舗の味を気軽に味わってみて。
