Kyoto Ramen Kinzan in Teramachi-Nijo offers delicious, rich, spicy ramen...
April 16, 2023 open
Behind City Hall, on Teramachi Street, behind [Bighand Bros.Beer] and [DRIP&DROP COFFEE SUPPLY], a shop specializing in bak kut teh, a soul food popular in Singapore and Malaysia, has opened. Bak Kut Teh is a dish of bone-in pork simmered in a soup of medicinal ingredients and soy sauce, and is often eaten locally after drinking alcohol or for breakfast by workers after working a night shift.
Here, you can enjoy bak kut teh all day long, both as a set meal and as a single item.In addition to bone-in meat, soups made with liver and guts are also available.
We also recommend dipping rice or homemade youtiao into the soup, or pairing it with craft beer from our sister restaurant.
