Minced Meat and Rice, a popular charcoal-grilled hamburger and freshly cooked rice specialty store in Kichijoji and Shibuya, Tokyo, has opened its third store in Gion. The 100% domestic beef hamburgers are ground in-house every morning and then charcoal-grilled right in front of you. The minced meat and rice set meal includes rice cooked in a hakama pot and up to three hamburgers each weighing 90g. The recommended way to eat it is ``on-the-rice'' style, where you put the hamburger steak on top of rice.
