The owner, Mr. Nishi, says, "At first, I wanted to open a restaurant specializing in Bahin Mee," because he loved it so much in Vietnam and wanted to convey its charm. With his experience in Western cuisine, Mr. Nishi's ideas shine through, and there are always five varieties of bahn mi available for takeout.
