A tofu specialty restaurant run in an elegant Kyomachiya that was inherited from the Chaya Inn [Omi's first], which was loved by many great people, including the great literary figure Yasushi Inoue and painter Kiyoshi Yamashita. Here, you can enjoy Kyoto cuisine made with carefully selected homemade yuba and tofu while admiring the murmuring of the Kamogawa River and the scenery of Higashiyama.
The homemade bowl of tofu, in particular, has a smooth texture and the sweet, rich flavor of soybeans spreads throughout your mouth.
