Marushin Hanten, a Chinese restaurant, opened in Higashiyama, Kyoto in June 1977 with the catchphrase "Nemunanai Marushin" (Marushin that never sleeps). It is still open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 AM the following day. The nostalgic atmosphere of the restaurant is always full and there is always a line outside the restaurant. The restaurant offers high quality popular Chinese dishes, including the famous Tenshinhan and gyoza (Chinese dumplings), which have been passed down from the previous generation and are still very popular. Next to the store is the Marushin Gyoza store, which specializes in shipping and takeout, making it easy to enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home.

花椒の爽やかな痺れと豆板醤の奥行きのある辛味、餃子本来の旨みとのバランスを追求した麻辣生餃子は、中毒性のある味わい。具材はすべて新鮮で安心安全な国産100%。包みたての餃子を急速冷凍することで、旨みも鮮度も保たれた餃子に。レシピ通りの簡単調理で旨味があふれだす餃子が堪能できる。

<餃子の美味しいお召し上がり方>

180 cc water, salad oil, and a little bit of oil A box of raw dumplings (20 pieces)
Heat a frying pan over high heat for 30 seconds and add oil to blend.
Reduce heat to low or extinguish.
Arrange the dumplings.
 *Add a little space between the dumplings, taking care to cook the surface evenly.
After arranging them, place them over medium heat and brown them slightly first.
Pour 180 cc of water over all and close the lid of the pan.
Grill slowly over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Open the lid of the pan with a little moisture remaining.
Bake while spreading the moisture throughout so that excess moisture can be released.
Place the dish in the pan, turn it over and serve. A combined vinegar and pepper sauce is recommended.
