［Yaoyo was established in 1850 at the end of the Edo period (1603-1868) as a pickles store. The shop has a long history of serving the Imperial Household Ministry from the Taisho era (1912-1926) until 1954. While maintaining traditional methods, they make pickles from seasonal ingredients and have a variety of pickles lined up in their refrigerator. In summer, pickled vegetables such as zucchini and mizu-nasu are added to the lineup of 50 to 60 different kinds. The lineup of products is 50 to 60 different kinds, and they continue to enrich the dining table as they have in the past.
