Marushin Hanten, a Chinese restaurant, opened in Higashiyama, Kyoto in June 1977 with the catchphrase "Nemunanai Marushin" (Marushin that never sleeps). The skin is crispy and chewy for baked gyoza, crispy and fluffy for fried gyoza. Safe and secure domestic ingredients are used for all ingredients. Vegetables are carefully selected at the Kyoto market, including cabbage, which is purchased according to the season. Only the portion to be made into bean jam on the day of purchase is chopped and used fresh, so the original flavor of the vegetables is concentrated in the bean jam.

Fresh vegetables and freshly ground pork are made into a sweet bean paste, wrapped in a skin, and then flash frozen fresh to a core temperature of -21℃. <餃子の美味しいお召し上がり方>
180 cc water, salad oil, and a little bit of oil A box of raw dumplings (20 pieces)
Heat a frying pan over high heat for 30 seconds and add oil to blend.
Reduce heat to low or extinguish.
Arrange the dumplings.
