2026年6月21日（日）まで、JR京都駅ビル併設の［美術館「えき」KYOTO］（京都府京都市下京区）で、『エドワード・ゴーリー秘密のメッセージ展』が開催されている。独創的な作品とモノトーンの緻密な線画で知られ、世界中に熱狂的なファンを持つ絵本作家エドワード・ゴーリーの魅力に迫る展覧会で、代表的な著書のほか、未発行の絵本の原画、ポスター、出版物などが登場。作品に込められた秘密のメッセージを読み解きながら、不思議で少し奇妙なゴーリー作品の魅力に浸ってみて。
