2025年10月6日（月）から、［茶寮都路里祇園本店］（京都府京都市東山区）で、新作となる究極の抹茶パフェ「建都の極（けんとのきわみ）」の提供がスタートした。
主役となるのは、まろやかな旨みが格別とされる［祇園辻利］特選の最高峰抹茶「建都の昔」。パフェは「建都の昔」のアイスクリームを中心に、祇園本店ならではの新素材を組み合わせ、抹茶の魅力を凝縮した仕上がりに。多彩な口当たりと風味が重なり、至高の抹茶体験を堪能できる。
